IDCE Mission Statement and Values

The IDCE is the institute of Business Management and Consulting within the "Université Catholique de l'Ouest" (UCO) in Angers. Our aim is to train tomorrow's Managers and Consultants to conduct Business in a globalized world.

The Core Mission Values of the IDCE are :

• Academic Excellence : The IDCE proposes a high standard level of Education for students and professionnals.
• Humanist Values : we are committed to the richness of the humanist tradition through quality education which fosters the development of a broad sense of humanity in all its dimensions (economical, social, cultural, philosophical and spiritual).
• Ethics : we teach our students to use their knowledge, talents and skills for the Common Good. To us, respecting Business Ethics in corporate every day life is essential.
• Diversity : we try to develop a broad undestanding of human cultures, to promote economic efficency and social justice and use our talents for benefits of others all over the world. We welcome students form other countries, cultures and religions to study at the IDCE.
